Call Duck with Sinus Infection?

[CHICKEN little 1]

I have a young Call duck that is swollen between the lower part of the eye,and it's bill. I suspect it's an Sinus Infection. Is there any treatment for this? Can anyone help please?

we use baytril.....you can get a shot from your vet.

make sure the ducks have water deep enough to clean their nostrils.....
