Setup
one pen has some adult calls, clean water, food, over grown lawn grass and on the ground, several houses for shade. hot yesturday. had a hatching with two week and a half old calls.

attaching pen is several juvy calls from 4months to almost 2 mnths. been in pen for at least two weeks or more. barly any grass in this pen mostly dirt. have water same as adults, food is crumble starter game and pellet grower mix. have houses for shade. two younger ones come over and eat food through fence.

yesturday morning
abt 9 still early not to hot went to feed found one of the newly hatced dead eyes open and one of the oldest same laying kinda curled dead. figured because of the heat.

last night checked everyone
they were alive and seemed okay. infacted checked on them twice once at 6 and once at 11 after fireworks.

this morning about 930 10 when i went out there I found 6 of them dead. one was inside dead the others outside all different ages and bloodlines etc. eyes open just dead. kind remind me of dying in fear from movies.

I have a silver call that did not seem right and her eyes seemed to sink in a little so i brought her in to my famous bathtube and she was drinking not a lot. not to active or talkative either.

Talked to one of our call duck friends on the phone he was a little baffled some are from his stock. He was wondering about masquitoes but thought it was to many.

i am state tested and i only get from state tested flocks
if anyone has any ideas please help these are my sons 4-H projects and he is already really upset
thanks
