Call Ducks in NC

So, I have been desperately trying to get Calls ducks. Unfortunately whenever I find a site that may ship them, they are never available to ship to North Carolina. Does anyone know why? Is it illegal to purchase Call Ducks in Nc? Do I need a permit?

I don’t know what’s up, but it appears to just be that certain hatchery. Maybe call them tomorrow and ask?

Unfortunately it seems to be all hatcheries that I find. Out of 6 that I found, none of them would ship to NC.

Of course now I can only find 2. One was mallard lane farms, of course they no longer have any call ducks, but when they did they didnt ship to NC. And the other I found is https://www.purelypoultry.com/call-ducklings-p-1098.html
I'll have to contact them and see whats up.

No, but I should, thats one of the sellers that wont ship to NC.
