My chemistry teacher had my class look up the IUPAC (international union of pure and applied chemistry) definition of NEAT and we couldn't find ANYTHING on it.

I couldn't even find it on IUPAC's own website! The only thing I find with neat are things like NEAT soap. That is not really helpful at all.

I get like 5 bonus points if I can find the definition so any help would be great!

NEAT simply means that the compound, chemical, or whatever has not been mixed with anything else. It is not diluted or contaminated in anyway and is 100% what it is supposed to be. This is not to be confused with pure as NEAT can be in reference to a mixture, but it is a mixture that is supposed to be exactly what it is.

and I got a blasted C in Chemistry 2 at appstate.

There are experiments where it calls for compounds or reactants to be added to each other neat. This means that they are not diluted or mixed with anything else to get the wanted reaction.

If the teacher is wanting a specific acronym for NEAT, the only other answer would be "Network of Computed Reaction Enthalpies to Atom-Based Thermochemistry".
