calling all experts is my chicken a rooster or hen?

I got 2 types of chickens from tractor supply company austroloops and RIR. One of the austroloops is starting to for a bit of what looks like a gobbler. It's more pronounced then any other of the hens.they are currently 2 days away from 7 weeks old. Anyone have a pic of this breed at this age that is a rooster? or advice on what to do. It is illegal to have roosters so I want to be most prepared for what is to come.
