Caloric intake

Could somebody tell me what the daily caloric intake of a 23 week-old hen should be? (I see alot of recommendations measured in terms of pounds or kg, but that isn't helpful.) And what should be the ratio of carbohydrates to protein to fats?
My hen stopped laying, and I suspect temporary protein malnutrition is the cause after a change in diet.
