i have a chick who is about 10 weeks old and a few weeks ago she had a red eye so I’ve been putting terramycin in her eye twice a day but things have only gotten worse. I stopped the eye cream and started giving her two injections a day of liquamycin. The swelling went down dramatically and same with the redness. It was so puffy before the injections and she couldn’t open her eye. Her other eye is perfectly norma. Now she can open the eye but it’s just pink and I don’t know where her eyeball is or what I can do??

This is the best picture I could get of her eye open

It looks like her conjunctiva (the red tissue) is very swollen. There might be pus behind there from the sinuses. I would try to remove any pus by squeezing and cleaning with a clean moist cloth. Here is a video of how to do this:

Ok thanks, that looks similar to what she has. She's also sleeping almost all day and night and opens and closes her beak now and then. what should i do about that?

She might be sleepy due to the sickness. If she has any runny poops, coccidiosis could also be a problem at this age. Corid in the water is the usual treatment for coccidiosis.

I’ve treated her with coccidiosis before and her poops are green.
