This is my fourth time trying to hatch muscovies from my pair.

I’ve hatched many chicken and duck eggs, but the Muscovy ones just don’t seem to hatch. I’ve tried incubator and under broody mama. They make it all the way till hatching day and just don’t pip or anything. What am I doing wrong?

It seems like they just can’t pip? Or they never do. When I’ve dissected the eggs they look like they’ve suffocated.

It’s currently day 30.

Here’s a picture of one of the eggs I dissected. I candled again and this one was just filled with fluid.

Maybe you're not doing anything wrong. If it's really just this one type of duck I'd take a real close look at the age and health of your breeders.
The muscovies I own(the two mothers and their mate) are about 3 years old. Perfect health, other than my male twisted his foot two days ago. But that wouldn’t have anything to do with this.

The one you posted a picture of looks like it died several days ago. Was this one in an incubator?

No this one was under the mother. This round I left half the clutch with mothers, and put the other half in an incubator. Neither have hatched or look like they have life.
