Can 12 week old pekin ducks eat minnows?

Hey everybody i was wondering if ducks can eat minnows. My ducks LOVE crickets,mealworms, watermelon,corn,and peas. What would happen to the fish's skeleton after the duck eats it? Would they be able to digest it???? Are they old enough to eat minnows yet? And will they be able to catch them?
