Can 2 brown eyed australorps produce black eyed chicks?

Can they? Or do I need to add one black eyed and mate with one of them to get black eyed chicks?

If the parents had a relative be mixed with one that they're related to, then there's a slight chance you might get a black eyed chick. However, if you want baby black eyed chicks, the best option it to get a black eyed chicken to then produce black eyed chicks. Hope that helps! :thumbsup

But these tho are not related, is there any chance that they maybe produce black eyed chicks?
 
Much as I've searched, I haven't been able to find a lot definitive about eye color genetics... Black or very dark brown eyes seem to be connected to the level of dermal melanin present, but I believe I've heard of a recessive dark brown eye gene existing...

Interested in seeing what others with stronger knowledge have to say. I'd love to read more on this subject!
