Can 6 week olds eat Grower/Finisher?

There seem to be a 101 different opinions about when to switch from medicated chick starter to a grower/finisher feed.

I have three baby chicks that are three weeks old and chowing through their first bag of medicated chick starter. I'm guessing they will finish it at about 6-7 weeks. Am I okay then transitioning them to grower/finisher until they are ready to lay at which point I'll switch them over to layer rations?

Basically grower/finisher is non-medicated chick starter. So no problem.
