Can a goose hatch a duck???

Hi there, I've had a 1 year old broody goose who has been sitting on unfertilized eggs for about a week. We have a duck egg in incubator and we were wondering if we can put the duck under the goose. Has anyone ever had experience with this or any tips, if so thank you very much.

How long has it been incubating? If it is not far along I would put it under the broody goose, She'll never know the difference. Do you only have one egg in your incubator or just one duck egg?
