Hi all, looking for something to keep the grass short in my aviary and thought of a rabbit. I have 3 golden pheasants, they spend a lot of time roosting and not on the ground. Would a rabbit be ok in the aviary if it had it's own hutch too? Any advice would be great.

I wouldn't think that rabbit droppings or pee would be good for anything but fertilizer.Rabbit urine has a lot of ammonia in it which is bad for anything.
Are your birds new to the avairy? They will eventually eat all the grass in there themselves.
