Can a rooster have double sickle feathers?

My polish rooster seems to have double sickle feathers???? Rather than having one in the middle, he has two that go out to the sides? Has anyone ever heard of this?

do you mean the very long feathers that come out from the tail near the back and curve out

i was under the impression that a rooster is supposed to have 2 of them on slightly left and one slightly right

There is supposed to be one very long one right in the middle, he has two of them going of to the sides, as well as saddle feathers.
