can a sebright and barred rock breed with eachother

The eggs will be fertile, but if it is a standard size barred rock it might hurt her because of the size difference.

If she's already broody, I'm pretty sure it's too late. She's not going to be interested in mating, and once they're broody they don't lay eggs anymore.

A barred rock rooster could do some damage to a little Sebright hen.

If you want chicks, get some fertile eggs from another hen and put under her. She doesn't know or care if they're her eggs or not. Folks around here use cochins to hatch out peafowl and turkey eggs.

One of my White Rock roosters bred with one of my Silver Sebright hens. I got a few chicks from the mating. 3 demon roos which were the most aggressive birds I've ever seen. And 1 hen named Black Betty who is one of the most curious birds that I have.
