Can a silkie hatch any poultry?

Hi there, as most people know silkie hens are very good mothers most of the time. I’m currently building an aviary to house zebra finches and quail but I’m also going to purchase a silkie hen to hatch some eggs out. I’m thinking of testing out what she can hatch and what she can’t hatch. Has anyone tested to see if they can hatch all types of poultry?

They definitely can. Lots of people have put different breeds & birds under them. Broodies are great for hatching anything!

The size of the egg is really their only restriction, cause they're not big birds.

Yes to poultry, no to finches and emus.

The thing about finches is they need round the clock care after hatch for a few weeks, a chicken can't do that.
They can hatch poultry, birds that can walk and feed themselves after hatch.
