Can adult chickens and adult turkeys free range together?

Can adult chickens and adult turkeys free range together? I have read about blackhead, but if they dont live in the same house but are on the same pasture are turkeys still susceptible?

Krisrose has chickens and turkeys free ranging together without problems.
