The two look the same and the white one is a lot smaller they are 7 weeks old.

Hopefully someone will help with ID here, but if not you can try posting under "what breed,gender" forum.

I don't know breeds, but if all are the same, would guess 2 roos and 1 pullet.

I agree with Sunfour.

I also think the ones with black may be hatchery grade or mixed breed

The two that are black and white look like cockerels, and the all white one looks like a pullet, but I'm not 100% sure.

pullet is a young female chicken, they are called hens when they reach 1 yo.
