I have a chicken and a rooster and I do not know their breed. The hen is black, medium sized and the rooster is a small sized one, smaller than normal. Thank you guys in advance please let me know what you think these two birds are!

Why am I a lucky duck? What is the big deal about having a “Crele old English game bantam”, and thank you for your response, by the way, if the hen is a sexlinked what does that mean?
You Lucky Duck, (usually YOU LUCKY DUCKY) is a figurative way of saying that you should be HAPPY TO HAVE SUCH A BEAUTIFUL CHICKEN. :thumbsup

A SEXLINK CHICKEN is one where the chickens when hatched, Can be easily identified if pullet, or cockerel. This makes it easy to pick out your choice of hen or rooster from the young chicks.
Copy and paste.
Black sex-link (also called Black Stars) are a cross between a Rhode Island Red or New Hampshire rooster and a Barred Rock hen. Both sexes hatch out black, but the males have a white dot on their heads. Pullets feather out black with some red in neck feathers

No red in the neck feathers so I vote Australorp for the large fowl. The australorps I had in the past had a softer sound to them than the other hens, even when they layed an egg(my barred rock's egg song is super loud)..

That's a fair point, but I used to have a sex link with no joke just two tiny head feathers with red.

Also I just said you're lucky because I absolutely love the crele pattern on birds. It's one of my favorites

I see, thank you for responding!
By the way you know how much this types of birds costs? I have like 7 roosters, offspring of those two chickens, I need to do something with those roosters, I am afraid they might end up killing each other or the few hens i have. I only have three hens, also the offspring of those two guys that everyone is been helping me ID.
