Thank you! I was wondering what those terms actually were.
Do they look old enough to be outside in the coop? I kept them indoors for the first couple of weeks, but it was just getting to be too messy to keep up with. I have been putting a brooder lamp on at night though it has only gotten down to the 70’s. I also turn on a little fan in the day time since it has been in the 90’s here in North Texas.
They also don’t know to go into the coop at sundown like our other hens did, so I have been scooping them up and locking them in at night. Hopefully they will eventually learn that is where they sleep?
