Can anyone help me figure out what's going on with my gal?

Can anyone help me figure out what's going on with my gal's butt? I soaked her. Her parts don't look red, and there was no abnormal discharge. However, her butt is a hot mess. I am not sure what direction to go in. I thought maybe Gleet, but not sure.

How old is she?
Does she lay eggs?

I'd give her a good washing up. Take note if there's any lice or mites in the bath water or if you see any tiny maggots/worms.

Is she acting normal or lethargic?

When was she last dewormed?

I thought I relied to this, but I don't see my reply. She hasn't been dewormed, but I see no signs of worms. I got her "Medi-statin" and we are going to try that.

Oh, does she have Sour Crop? Nystatin is pretty good for treating crop problems.

She passed away. We have taken samples to the vet, but they have gotten back to us. They said if we don't hear, that means nothing was found, but I am going to call to confirm. IDK..the poor gal maybe just had something internal going on. The rest of the flock seem fine.
