Can anyone help me in the treatment of this

Can anyone help me with identification of what this might be. I have been to the vet multiple times..bloods normal except elevated protein (he said maybe caused by inflammation). Have treated possible viral and bacterial infection with no result. Scrapings came back fine ..it isn't filled with anything. Thinking it could be cancer (leukosis). None of the rest of flock are showing any symptoms. She shakes he head alot obviously as it would be irritating how swollen it is. Honestly biopsies cost so much money and if it does come back as cancer then all I want to know is if and how I could treat it now. She is still doing everything normal. Maintaining weight etc. Can anyone give me any ideas

If you hadn't been to a vet, my first thought would have been sinus infection.

What antibiotic was it that the vet prescribed out of curiosity?

She eats, drinks, poops, and lays eggs fine?
