Can anyone help with the genders of these two?

I have a silver lace Wyandotte and a blue laced Wyandotte. I'm new to the chicken world and needing some help!

I'm leaning towards cockerels on both of them. Do you know how old they are?

Here is my wyandotte pullet at about 11-12 wks.

It would help to know how many weeks, but that is a lot of comb and wattle on young birds! The top BLR also has a very upright posture. Leaning cockerels, but age would help.
