Can Anyone ID This Chick

I have this one that came with some Rhode Island Reds is it a Rhode Island Red?

Many breeds come in chipmunk pattern at birth. Given the pale yellow feet, I'd say the most likely candidates are Production Red or Welsummer. Unfortunately you're going to have to wait a bit for more feathers for a more concrete ID.

I dont know much about the different breeds as chicks but those wings look kind of barred to me.
