*** UPDATE....My boy Cheese found a new flock.***(I hate it....
I got my first 4 ducks in August. Little did I know I got 3 boys and 1 girl. Everything was great, then the Alpha boy got sick and passed away. Someone had given me a female version of the one I lost. Thought it would be alright. Well the welsh drake thought he was just going to step in as alpha and the original female put a stop to that. Add his attitude over that and it being mating season, he has taken to chasing my chickens and trying to hurt them. Mounting whatever duck is closest and I keep separating him, but I don't have the room to add more to the flock or seperate them at this time. He was the first one I picked up and I do love him. I don't want anything to happen to him. He is a beautiful duck and his babies would be gorgeous. If anyone wants him to keep for their flock, please let me know. I don't want him to be eaten...
