Looks like splayed/spraddle legs. Which in most cases if delt with quick enough can be fixed. Take a look at the Chicken chicken's post and it will help you form a brace to correct it: http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2012/02/spraddle-leg-in-baby-chicks-what-is-it.html

Thank you!!! Wrapped the legs yesterday and changed it again this day. Defiantly looking better!
