Can anyone tell me if my white sultan is a hen or a roo?

I'm new to these birds, and this one actually came with a flock of 15 cresteds I ordered from Cackle Hatchery and I just love him / her! It's the sweetest, gentlest chicken I'd just like to know what sex it is so we can appropriately name it!

It's approx 12 weeks old

Ok thank you! Just out of curiosity.... how can you tell? I'd read that the roo's have more of a spiky crest than the rounded he has, but then I did hear him (at least I think it was him) try to crow this morning....

the redness in his wattles which most pullets won't even have at this age (wattles) and if you take a head feather and put it on a color paper you will see the pointy feather ends not the rounded end, I see one sticking up in the last picture
