I have one person telling me it is and another telling me it is not. He/She is 9 weeks old

That comb looks pretty pronounced for 9 weeks, but I wouldn't with 100% certainty say it's a boy yet. Wait til you hear it crow

i have had pullets with combs that big, don't count it out yet....still could be a hen.
