Can anyone identify what breed of chickens I have and what breed of duck? I’m unsure but I think he’s either a Muscovy or magpie or maybe araucana? As for chicks I have no idea!

Red chick looks like a Rhode island red, white one you may have to wait a bit. Duckling is not a muscovy.
