can anyone tell me what breed this is?

I really want one of these, but i don't know the breed so i don't know what to look for. i've seen another one with more of the cream color and less of the black specks, the black was more on the tips of the feathers. very pretty, i just want to know the breed so i can have one

are the legs yellow or white? if yellow and has other colors than black and white feathers- its a sexlink male. if whitish pink than it might be a golden cuckoo marans

alrighty, thank you, the legs are yellow on this one, but now that you say that about the legs, i think on the other chicken it had a whitish color legs. no other colors but a creamy white and black on the feathers on either one though.
