Can anyone tell me what kind of chicks these are?

My son’s class hatched these babies and the teacher has no clue what breed they are. I know one hatched from a greenish egg and I’m pretty sure I know which one that is. One is pretty light yellow with a few black speckles. I believe one if not two are Rhode Island reds. The pics are under a red heat lamp so you can’t see them really well.

Many times class hatched chicks are mixed breeds. You may have to wait until they feather out and post pictures than to see what they may be.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing several of them look the same. I went to our local feed store and he said they look like they maybe americanas but only one of them hatched out of a green/blue eggs unless the others were pink. They also said they may be Marans. I’ll keep y’all posted.

The last one looks female and a mix of some crested breed. Since that's a mix more than likely the rest are too. I see a few roosters in the first batch, those with those big red combs.
