Can anyone tell me what plant this is? G

Google images have let me down repeatedly over the years. Nothing seems to be quite right. These are small roses in bunches. Like a little bit larger than a quarter for blooms. Any ideas?? This plant came with pit home when we purchased it 8 years ago.

Those don't quite look like what I have. Mine don't have red rose hips.
