Can brown leghorns be sexed early?

I have a brown leghorn chick that’s only 3 weeks old but has a lot of its breast feathers in. I read that you can sex brown leghorns by their breast feathers, but can you this early? I’m so impatient

I’d say that most of the breast feathers are black but some are brown or black with some brown. Thanks for your thoughts!
