Can Buff Orp Roos be nice?

I ended up with two Buff Orpington Roos....Can they grow up and be tame? I hadn't intended on getting on roosters at all, but these were given to me by someone who was going to "set them free" in the stripper pits, where they would be hawk bait. I have two kiddos and I don't want them to get hurt. So far they are both tame and easily handled. Should I start looking for homes now or see how it goes? Thanks for any help

Also, what would be the best way to find homes for them? We don't have any chicken rescues in my area that I know of

I have 2 BO roosters, they are both kind of scared of me, but I can pick them up and everything.

I did raise some BO roosters as chicks and they were VERY FRIENDLY! Best of Luck!
