My one year old easyer egger got a centipede yesterday morning and hadn't been the same. Laying, won't walk. When I found her she had siliva coming out her mouth, separated her. she is alert this morning but laying with her legs behind her. Her poop was normal when I first picked her up but nothing since (12 hours ) I have gotten a little fluid in her, no food. crop feels empty this morning. Any ideas how I can help her? All my other hens seems fine.

Supposedly, centipede venom should'nt harm a chicken if eaten.
You can give your Easter Egger 1/2ml liquid Children's Benadryl orally once in a 24 hour period and she should return to normal after the venom passes out of her system.
The Benadryl will help keep her trachea open so she can breathe.

Thank you. I will try that. Got a little egg yolk in her and some electrolytes.
