Can chicken and turkey eggs incubate together?

A customer just offered me a couple of eggs from her turkeys. I automatically said 'Sure! I'd love to have some!"
What was I thinking? I don't even have an incubator!
She said she would try to drop them off in a couple of days.

So I immediately got in contact with a friend who has an incubator.

And now - not wanting to run it for just a couple of eggs... can I put a few chicken eggs in with them????

Of course! But put the turkey eggs in a week before the chicken eggs. Get the chicken eggs a few days ahead so you have them on hand and they can rest and prepare for incubation.
