Tahini is a paste made purely of ground sesame seeds. It's high in protein, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Sort of like peanut butter made with sesame seeds instead of peanuts.

Do you think chickens would benefit from eating it (a tiny bit, of course, mixed with some other goodies)?

Yes... Sesame seeds are good for chickens and if they are made into a paste even better. I don't see a problem feeding this to your chickens - I think it would be a healthy treat.

How much would you suggest, say, mixed in a mash (made with food crumbles) every couple weeks?
Weekly is fine. Or every 2 weeks.

You could make balls out of it, let them have fun chasing them.
