In my coop with my chicks!
I have one silkie that is much smaller than the other and so I am trying to get her to eat more and was wondering if it is possible to feed her some cherry flavored Greek yogurt?

yes, but it isn't really good for her, too much sugar.

If you want her to gain weight, offer more protein. This can be eggs, cottage cheese, plain yogurt, cheese, any kind of meat, fish (canned sardines, tuna, minnows from the bait shop).

Assuming you have a flock of chickens, make sure she has easy access to the feed. If it is a mixed flock (different breeds), sometimes silkies have a hard time holding their own. You may need to make sure there are multiple places to get feed and water. Watch to see if she is being chased off by other hens.

Also, check to see if her crest is making it hard to see. You can clip the feathers, some people put them up in a tiny ponytail binder.
