Can Chickens see red light?

My chickens seemed a little freaked out by th light at first, but after about 20 mins they got used to it.

chickens adapt pretty quickly. even to light sources. sometimes the automatic switch doesnt happen and the bright white one stays on longer. it doesnt seem to matter, they still go to sleep about the same time.
