Can Cocci Cause A Chicken To Limp?

I have a bantam hen, and she has been limping for about 2 months, almost 3. She was treated for cocci even though there was no blood in her stool, but the vet tested and said she had cocci. They also did x-rays, and they found no broken bones. Now we did have a rooster who is no longer with us who did throw her off the roost, so we thought maybe something was broken but no broken bones according to the vet. I have been doing Vit B and Vit B12. I'm not sure what to do. She is separated and if she interacts with the flock, those that are on the lower part of the pecking order, she will fight but the ones above her on the pecking order will fight her. So she's separated. She still eats and drinks and acts like nothing is wrong. What am I missing? What else could it be? She drags the foot or just hops. She can move the leg up and down it's like her toes aren't working. I thought maybe feather issues because she has feathers on her feet, but I don't know if I see anything. She did go through an early molt and all her feathers are coming back in nicely. Thoughts?

All birds have coccidiosis in their system, so all birds will test positive for it. Did the vet say it was a high load? But no, it can't cause paralysis.
It could be a pulled muscles or tendon, I had a hen almost get her leg pulled off, she healed but had a limp for the rest of her life

Yes, they said it was a high load, I forget the number but it was a lot. I just wish I knew how to help her heal even if it's a pulled tendon or muscle. I'm ok with her limping slightly, but this is significant limp.
