Can I use this on our new jumbo wild type coturnix? Can we eat meat and eggs afterwards? how long does it last to protect the bird? Where is the best place to buy it? Should I also give it to the chickens that are 100 feet away? Where and how is it injected?
What other vaccines are reccomended for these?

I do not know a single quail-er who vaccinates.

I would consult with a vet, honestly! Or email a few of the bigger hatcheries - JMF, Stellar. Methinks one would have to mightily adjust the dose.

Infectious coryza is not that prevalent in quail, although, it can occur, it's primarily a chicken disease.
Prevention is really the only good method of control. Sound biosecurity and isolation methods are the best way to avoid the disease.
There are a few immunizations that can be given, usually about 4 weeks before the onset of an outbreak. Early treatment is important and water medication is the recommended form of treatment.
Antibiotics are helpful but not a cure. Various sulfonamides have been use to some degree of success but they can not be used in commercial layers due to the residual toxins that remain in the system.
Even with treatment the disease may return after the medication is discontinued.

The best way to deal with Coryza is through strict biosecurity program.
