So I have an incubator that the duck eggs are upright, I am positive no one has touched or moved the incubator as they are out of reach of children etc, when I checked last night they were upright and then this morning one was on its side? It's day 23 today so lock down on Sunday.

Do you have pictures of the incubator? Pictures of the candled eggs?
Is it an automatic turning incubator and you didn’t notice? (Silly question but I got to ask)
It’s a bit early for the ducks to be influencing the eggs that much.

I will attach pictures of the incubator and the pictures of the eggs I took two days ago,

if you put the egg on the pointer side rather than the more rounded side it may have slipped out. Realistically this could happen on either side. Luckily the ducking will be fine! Vibrations from walking or moving around can rattle it and move it slowly overtime. Keep an eye on it to see if it happens again. You can reinforce it with a paper towel too. Update if it happens again (or if it doesn’t). Best of luck and enjoy the little peepers soon to come!

Definitely 🥰 lock down today candles last night all looks good, setting brooder up tomorrow so we are all organised for there appearance ☺️
