How long does elector psp last? Mine is about 3 years old...could it have expired?

I've been treating the coop and chickens every 2 weeks (x3) and it's been almost 2 weeks and found mites on one bird again! And birds don't want to go to bed.

Suggestions for getting rid of the mites? I usually only have to treat in the fall when birds migrate.

Note: I've scrubbed the coop out. Soaked every surface. The birds have lots of dust bathing areas. Saturated the birds on their head, under wings, preening gland and vent. I use hemp in the coop...

Welcome!
What's the expiration date on the bottle? That will give you the information you need. You can call the company and ask too, because some products do live longer, and others don't, especially depending on storage conditions.
Mites are a pain! Wild birds bring them to your chickens, and that can happen at any time.

Actually, the bottle doesn't have an expiration date.

Since it's so expensive, i keep it in the house where it's temperature controlled - its vulnerable to freezing or super hot temps.

And there have been a lot of birds around what with most people staying home. It's been nice, aside from this. I despise mites.

Mites are miserable little critters, for sure. We battle them here too, not fun.
When in doubt about a product, call the manufacturer. Certainly if it's discolored or something that would be a concern. Some products do live a long time!

I'll have to look on mine to see if there is an expiration date or code. I just use it until it's gone.

I just went out and looked at mine and couldn't find an expiration date or a code on the container. I guess you will have to contact the company.

Am surprised, most chemicals need tracking info in case of problems.
They can be hard to find, often are not obvious.

it has no expiration date

If you have some, use it. If it doesn't seem to be working then replace it. I couldn't find an expiration date on mine either.
