If by "cafe' grains" you mean coffee grounds the answer is no. They won't eat them and it wouldn't do them any good if they did.

Cafe grains? You mean Coffee Grounds right? The leftover grounds from making coffee? I can't imagine it would be worthwhile or beneficial for them.

You can use the grounds in your composting and gardening or even vermiculture (worm 'farming')
