Can I breed ER/eWh heterozygote out of my Black Copper Marans?

Yes it would make sense to use wheaten Marans if one has them. Only thing to watch for is that sometimes they will inherit mahogany &/or some melanising genes from the copper blacks.

Sorry,The 'e' alleles have no effect on the colour of the eggs.
