Can I chill fermented feed and will it still ferment?

I have to be out of town for four days and don’t want my FF to get, well, funky. Can I put in the fridge? Is it okay to cover? Like Kimchi?

Yes. If I have any left over after the third day i put it in the fridge.

Refrigeration slows fermentation, so you'll be OK.

Yes you can. When I go away for a week, I put the crock in the fridge covered with press and seal. I take it out when I get home and start feeding the next morning.
