Can I cross breed these birds?

I have one D'anver rooster, 15 rhode island reds, 1 sultan, and 2 pekins ( all ages between 3-6). I was wondering if my rooster would breed with the rhode island reds or if they are too big for the rooster.

The RIR might be to big you have to switch that around but he can mate the pekins and sultans.

We had a little larger than banty China Game. He could only get his way with the smaller hens.
