Can I feed chicks 24% chick starter?

TSC only had a 50lb bag of 24% chick starter and said they will no longer be getting 50lbs of the 24% or the 20% at that location. Guess I need to try another location. I have heard that this will be good for starting ducks on, but can chicks eat it too or is there something that I can mix with it to feed the chicks? Or do I just need to go to the other TSC and get the 20%?

I have 4 ducks and packing peanuts that should be here this Friday and then I have 15 BLRW and 5 Cochins that should be here next week.

I accidentally picked up 24% one time (dang kids were distracting me...).

Didn't do them a bit of harm.
