Can I feed eggs from freshly de-wormed chickens to dogs?

Using fenbendazole and planning to dose the flock this evening.

As Strongid is commonly used for deworming dogs, can I still feed my dogs the eggs produced during the egg withdrawal period? It would certainly be preferable to throwing away all those eggs and it's a normal part of their diet.

I dont see any reason why not. But if they are small dogs, consult your vet first.

Sorry to jump in on someone elses thread but can you also feed the eggs back to the chickens or is that giving them too much medicine?

That's a good question. Despite the time lapse here, I hope someone checks in and answers this question.
