Can I feed my chickens corn shucks?

I am canning corn and was wondering if I could give my chickens the shucks. I usually throw them away but if I can give them to my chickens that would be great.

I`m sure they will find them fun to dig through anyway. I throw them in and rake them out when they dry.

I throw my shucks and other greenery in with the chickens. I figure there's some nutrient value, some entertainment, some attraction for bugs=nutrients. Plus, when I rake, I'm thinking this can be decent composting too.
